Dragonfruit Smoothie

Servings: 2    Preparation Time: 5 Min     Calories/Serving: 170

Ingredients:

  • ½ dragon fruit
  • ½ cup frozen berries
  • 2 cups nonfat milk or milk substitute
  • 2 cups fresh spinach

Directions:

  1. Combine all ingredients in a blender and blend until
    combined.
  2. Serve.
