How to Select
Choose firm, shiny, smooth-skinned apples with intact stems. Should smell fresh, not musty
How to Store
Store your apples in the coldest part of your refrigerator at 33 to 35 F. Keep apples away from potatoes, which can make apples spoil quicker. Freezing apples can also be a great way to maintain quality for long periods of time.
