BBQ Chicken Naan Pizza

  • 1 package (8.8 ounces) whole grain naan bread
  • ¼ cup barbeque sauce
  • ½ cup shredded low-moisture part-skim mozzarella cheese
  • 1-1/3 cups skinless rotisserie chicken breast meat
  • ¼ cup thinly sliced red onion
  • Fresh cilantro leaves for garnish (optional)


  1. Preheat oven to 425°. Place naan on rimmed baking pan; spread with barbecue sauce. Sprinkle with cheese; top with chicken and onion.
  2. Bake naan 15 minutes or until naan are golden brown and cheese melts. Cut each naan into 6 slices; garnish with cilantro, if desired.
