Pomegranate, Mango & Black Bean Salsa

Servings: 8    Preparation Time: 15 Min     Calories/serving: 80

Ingredients:

  • 1 can (15.5 ounces) Wholesome Pantry™ organic black beans, drained and rinsed
  • 1 jalapeno pepper, seeded and finely chopped
  • ½ Honey mango, peeled, pitted and finely chopped
  • ¾ cup pomegranate seeds
  • ¼ cup coarsely chopped red onion

 Directions:

  1. In large bowl, toss all ingredients and ⅛ teaspoon salt. Makes about 4 cups.
