- 1 can (15.5 ounces) Wholesome Pantry™ organic black beans, drained and rinsed
- 1 jalapeno pepper, seeded and finely chopped
- ½ Honey mango, peeled, pitted and finely chopped
- ¾ cup pomegranate seeds
- ¼ cup coarsely chopped red onion
- In large bowl, toss all ingredients and ⅛ teaspoon salt. Makes about 4 cups.
