Apple-Celery Shake

 1 medium Organic Piñata Apple, peeled, cored, and cut into ½-inch pieces
 1 medium celery rib, including leaves, peeled and cut into ½-inch pieces
 ¼ cup low fat milk
 ¼ vanilla extract
 1 pinch almond extract
 1 pinch ground nutmeg
 2 cups light vanilla bean ice cream

In a blender, add apple, celery, milk, vanilla extract, almond extract, and nutmeg until smooth. Add ice cream and blend until smooth. Serve.
