8.80 oz whole grain naan bread
¼ cup barbeque sauce
½ cup shredded low-moisture part-skim mozzarella cheese
1 ⅓ cups skinless rotisserie chicken breast meat
¼ cup thinly sliced red onion
Fresh cilantro leaves for garnish (optional)
1Preheat oven to 425°. Place naan on rimmed baking pan; spread with barbecue sauce. Sprinkle with cheese; top with chicken and onion.
2Bake naan 15 minutes or until naan are golden brown and cheese melts. Cut each naan into 6 slices; garnish with cilantro, if desired.
