Cool 3-Bean Salad with Grapes

 3 tbsp red wine vinegar
 3 tbsp canola oil
 3 tbsp honey
 4 green onions, chopped
 2 tsp honey mustard
 1 can Bush's garbanzo beans
 1 can Bush's red kidney beans
 1 can Bush's cannellini beans
 2 cups cucumber diced
 1 ½ cups grapes
 Salt and pepper to taste (optional)

Drain and rinse all 3 beans.

Combine vinegar, canola oil, honey, and honey mustard.

Stir in onion, beans, cucumber, and grapes.

Season with salt and pepper, then store in refrigerator.

How to Select:
Choose plump, firm grapes that are firmly attached to the stem.

How to Store:
Store grapes in a plastic bag in the refrigerator for up to 1 week.
