 ½ cup frozen berries
 2 cups nonfat milk or milk substitute
 2 cups fresh spinach

Dragon fruits you find in store are ready to eat! Select bruise-free and firm fruits. Green tips on red dragon fruit may look discolored but that’s normal.

How to Store:
Store refrigerated for up to 1 week. Best served chilled.
