Grilled Cilantro Pesto, Red Pepper & Pineapple Naan

 4 garlic cloves
 3 cups lightly packed fresh cilantro sprigs
 ¼ cup roasted no salt pepitas
 ¼ cup shredded parmesan cheese
 2 tbsp fresh lime juice
 2 tbsp olive oil
 8.80 oz 1 package whole grain naan bread
 6 pineapple slices in 100% pineapple juice, drained
 ½ red bell pepper, thinly sliced
 ¼ small red onion, halved and thinly sliced

Prepare outdoor grill for direct grilling over medium heat. In blender, purée garlic, cilantro, pepitas, cheese, lime juice and oil. Makes about 1 cup.

Spread naan with pesto; top with pineapple, pepper and onion. Place naan on hot grill rack; cover and cook 5 minutes or until lightly charred on bottom and edges. Transfer naan to cutting board; cut into quarters.
