Traditional Lasagna

 1 container (15 ounces) ShopRite® part skim ricotta cheese
 1 ½ cups ShopRite® low-moisture part-skim shredded mozzarella cheese
 2 cups packed chopped Bowl & Basket™ spinach
 1 jar (23.5 ounces) Prego® Italian sausage & garlic pasta sauce, divided
 1 package (8.8 ounces) Rana™ lasagna sheets, divided

Preheat oven to 400°; spray 13 x 9-inch baking dish with cooking spray. In medium bowl, stir cheeses and spinach. Makes about 4 cups.

In prepared dish, layer 1 cup sauce, 2 pasta sheets and 1⅓ cups cheese mixture; repeat layers twice.

Bake lasagna 30 minutes or until pasta is tender, and top is bubbling and golden brown; cut into 6 pieces.

Chef Tip: Customize this dish by swapping the sausage & garlic pasta sauce with Classico® roasted garlic Alfredo pasta sauce and/or the spinach with shredded Brussels sprouts.
