WIN a pair of Flyers Tickets Sweepstakes Official Rules
NO PURCHASE NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN. Entry constitutes entrant’s full and unconditional agreement to and acceptance of these Official Rules. WIN a pair of Flyers Tickets (“Sweepstakes”) begins on Saturday, October 8th at 10:00 a.m. – 2:00 p.m. Eastern Time (“ET”) and ends on the final day of Sunday, October 9th at 10:00 a.m. – 2:00 p.m. ET (“Sweepstakes Period”). The Sweepstakes is sponsored by Zallie-Somerset, Inc. 1230 Blackwood-Clementon Road, Clementon, NJ 080021 (“Sponsor”).
ELIGIBILITY: The Sweepstakes is open to natural persons eighteen (18) years of age or older who are legal residents of New Jersey and Pennsylvania. Employees, officers, and directors of Sponsor, and all of their respective parents, subsidiaries, members, its cooperative, divisions, affiliates, advertising, promotion, and fulfillment agencies (“Sponsor and Promotion Parties”), and those individuals who are immediate family members of Sponsor and Promotion Parties, or persons living in the same household as Sponsor and Promotion Parties, are not eligible to enter the Sweepstakes. “Immediate family members” means parents, siblings, children and spouse. Void where prohibited. All federal, state, and local laws and regulations apply.
HOW TO ENTER:
During the Sweepstakes Period, visit one of our designated locations* during Saturday, October 8th at 10:00 a.m. – 2:00 p.m. Eastern Time (“ET”) and on Sunday, October 9th at 10:00 a.m. – 2:00 p.m. ET (“Sweepstakes Period”), visit the table with our Team Members download the ShopRite Order Express app and fill out the entry form one (1) entry per person into the Sweepstakes. Criteria will include listing your contact information/email address. One (1) entry per person per entry period. By entering the Sweepstakes, you consent to receive email newsletter and promotional messages from Zallie’s Fresh Kitchen. You can opt-out of receiving these communications at any time by clicking the unsubscribe link in the email.

Sponsor is not responsible for incorrect, inaccurate or incomplete entry of information by entrants; lost entries or transmissions, interrupted or unavailable network, server, or other connections; scrambled transmissions or other errors or problems of any kind whether mechanical, human, or electronic, technical malfunctions or the computer hardware, software, or any combination thereof; or problems associated with any virus or any other damage caused to entrants’ systems.
PRIZE: Three (3) Pair of Philadelphia Flyers game tickets, parking and a $25.00 food voucher (“ARV”) of $500. Total ARV of prizes is $500.Entry period starts on Saturday, October 8th at 10:00 a.m. – 2:00 p.m. Eastern Time (“ET”) and ends on the final day of Sunday, October 9th at 10:00 a.m. – 2:00 p.m. ET at one of our designated locations. All prizes will be awarded. No substitution or transfer of any prize or election of cash in lieu of any prize by winner will be permitted. Not valid during holiday time periods and may include blackout dates. Winner of the Sweepstakes Period must be redeemed within two (2) days of when the winner receives a notification showing the entrant is a winner of “WIN a pair of Flyers Tickets”. Sponsor is not responsible for lost or delayed notifications. After the two (2) days has passed the prize cannot be redeemed and is forfeited.
Sponsor reserves the right to substitute any prize of equal or greater value. Prizes are nontransferable. All federal, state, and/or local taxes are the sole responsibility of winner.
SELECTION OF WINNERS:
Entry period starts on Saturday, October 8th at 10:00 a.m. – 2:00 p.m. Eastern Time (“ET”) and ends on the final day of Sunday, October 9th at 10:00 a.m. – 2:00 p.m. ET at one of our designated locations. On or about Tuesday, October 11th, Sponsor will select, via a random drawing, three (3) winner(s) from all eligible entries received during the Sweepstakes entry period.
Entry pool consists of entries for Zallie-Somerset, Inc.. Odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries received for the respective entry period. Selected winners will be notified by phone approximately two (2) business days after the drawing. In the event of a dispute over the identity of the selected winner, the winner will be deemed to be the Authorized Account Holder of the email address used in the entry. “Authorized Account Holder” is defined as the natural person who is assigned to an email address by an Internet service provider, online service provider, or other organization (e.g., business, educational institution, etc.) that is responsible for assigning email addresses for the domain associated with the submitted email address. Sponsor is not responsible for and shall not be liable for late, lost, misdirected, or unsuccessful efforts to deliver the notification to selected winners. If a selected winner cannot be contacted within two (2) days of the drawing, is ineligible, or fails to claim a prize within two (2) days of initial contact, or fails to timely return the completed and executed declaration and releases as required, the prize may be forfeited and awarded to an alternate entrant who will be randomly selected from the remaining eligible entries. By accepting and/or using prize, the winners give Sponsor the rights to use a winner’s name, voice, and/or likeness for the purpose of inclusion on a Winners List, and in advertising, trade, or promotion, without further compensation worldwide in perpetuity and in any form of media including the Internet, unless prohibited by law.
PRIVACY: Information collected from entrants is subject to the Sponsor’s Privacy Policy, which can be found at https://www.zalliesfreshkitchen.com/privacy-policy. Sponsor and Sponsor’s agents, affiliates, subsidiaries, members, representatives or service providers may use personal information collected during Sweepstakes entry for purposes of prize fulfillment and/or disseminating marketing communications, such as notifying individuals of a product or promotion that Sponsor thinks may be of interest.
OTHER CONDITIONS: By entering the Sweepstakes, entrants agree to be bound by these Official Rules and the decisions of Sponsor, which shall be final. Sponsor, its cooperative, agents and representatives of Sponsor, its parent company, members, affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising, promotion, and fulfillment agencies, and legal advisors are not responsible for and shall not be liable for: (i) telephone, electronic, hardware or software program, network, Internet, or computer malfunctions, failures, or difficulties of any kind; (ii) failed, incomplete, garbled, or delayed computer transmissions; (iii) any condition caused by events beyond the control of the Sponsor that may cause the Sweepstakes to be disrupted or corrupted; (iv) any injuries, losses, or damages of any kind arising in connection with or as a result of any prize, or acceptance, possession, or use of any prize, or from entry in the Sweepstakes; or (v) any printing or typographical errors in any materials associated with the Sweepstakes. Sponsor reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to suspend or cancel the Sweepstakes at any time if a computer virus, bug, tampering, unauthorized intervention, or other technical problem of any sort corrupts the administration, security, or proper play of the Sweepstakes. Sponsor reserves the right to cancel the Sweepstakes or change any element thereof, with or without notice, at any time, due to printing errors, web site errors, transmission errors or other mistakes or problems in the production or administration of the Sweepstakes. Sponsor also reserves the right to disqualify, in its sole discretion, any person tampering with the entry process, the operation of the website, or who is otherwise in violation of the rules. By entering, entrants agree that all disputes will be resolved in the appropriate courts in the state of New Jersey, exclusively, and subject to the laws of the state of New Jersey.
By entering the Sweepstakes, each entrant agrees to release and hold Sponsor, and its employees, its cooperative, officers, directors, agents, representatives, parents, members, affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising, promotion, and fulfillment agencies, and legal advisors, harmless from any and all losses, damages, rights, claims and actions of any kind in connection with the Sweepstakes or resulting from acceptance, possession, or use of any prize, including without limitation, personal injury, death, and property damage, and claims based on publicity rights, defamation, or invasion of privacy.
